Hubble Bubble Tutorial by Me

This is a fairly simple tutorial featuring "Witches n' Britches" from Tootypup Scraps. Everything in the tag is from the kit, including the poser, though admittedly I used one on its own from Outlaw by Design. Even so, the poser is included in various scenes in the kit. I hope you enjoy the tutorial!
